Discovering Asian cuisine is an inspiring journey. My own journey started at the cuisine of Long Sing. There I discovered the secrets of Asian cuisine with its refined taste and delicious aromas and flavors. It inspired me to become a chef myself.
I learned the tricks of the trade at the kitchen of the Pang family. I soon developed a number of signature dishes in which guests could recognize my personal style. After a valuable learning experience, I was packed with knowledge, skills and new ideas. It was time to get on a new path and continue my culinary journey. I came across Hotel Valies in Roermond with its beautiful Art-Deco interior.
Together with my wife Cinzia, I take our guests here on a culinary journey to explore delicious and innovative Asian dishes. Cinzia has worked in the fashion world for years. Her experience is reflected in the ‘glitter and glamour’ decor and entourage of the restaurant. It gives the place international allure and promises an exciting dining experience.
Our menu reflects my experiences as a chef. Everything is prepared according to my core values: quality and taste. Our kitchen team consists of passionate professionals who find great pleasure in preparing your dishes. This allows us to prepare beautiful, top notch quality products. Take our homemade Dim Sum: a mouth-watering experience that will definitely surprise you! Or our carpaccio of Limousin beef, another excellent example of our top gastronomy.
